I think that this is a really good item. I have chronic migraines and this does not cure them, but it does make my neck relax a little. Maybe it will help long term. This will not fit a person with a large neck. You can see the size of the opening with my fist for scale. It bends a couple of inches but it will not be comfortable if it is too tight. I need to figure out how to reduce the heat. It gets a bit too hot for me.
